Guide Stoop south of Harper Hill on the Pately Bridge to Kirby Malzeard road. Guide Stoop 250 mt further along the road J J Brigg gives two milestones here
but this is listed boundary stone on the O S. 		Milestone at Harper Hill on the Pateley Bridge to Kirby Malzeard road. This could be the base of a broken guide post sited at a Y junction on the Skipton to Cononly Road at Intake Head.

This Stone is situated in Sandybed Lane Appletreewick. 		Same stone as last 36inches high 12 inches square

The following twelve images are of three guide stones that remain of a number i think ten all to the same pattern triangular pillars 11 inches wide and standing 27 inches above the ground lettered on two sides eg P 6 M G 4 M that were commisioned in 1787 at a cost of £3-9-0 paid to Wm Tomlin for cutting and dressing lettering and setting milestones from Pateley Bridge to Grassington.
This stone sited by the road near the old Hospital 15 Inches high R H elev. As before L H with a split due to age. again the split side with what appears to be a letter P and itshould have G 1 M. Again the R H side with what appears to be the letters G 1 and M.

The following four are sited near Fancarl Top. Stone 26 inches high 12 by 12 on the face. This should have G 4 M on it. This is the same as the last four but with the letter P chalked in and an O.

The four following images are sited just beyond the quarry at Greehow. Stone 21 inches high 11 by 12 on the face. Stone as next other elevation Badley eroded with the letters not visible.
