The next examples are from the old trade routes between the manufactuing district of Halifax and the rural country around Settle.One in Carr Head Lane above Malsis.

Same as the last stone other elevation, From here the road ascends Glusburn moor and crosses Carleton moor before desending to Elslack. And at Stone Gap cross roads are two stones prostate. This at the other side of the cross roads. No 11.
A little further on on Carleton moor now used as a gate post therefore probably not in its original position.
